Cost

We offer free initial advice on your equal pay rights and whether you have an equal pay claim.  

If you have a good case we may offer to operate on a ‘no-win, no-fee’ basis.  This means that if your case is lost our services will not cost you anything.  If your case is won our fee will usually be a percentage of the back pay that you win.   However, any other benefits that you gain such as a future increase in pay is yours to keep.
